Returns will be gladly accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returns for refund must be in original packaging only, with all materials included and be in resalable condition. You must contact us to request an RMA # and shipping address before sending the item back. Defective items will be replaced at no charge. Returns for refund will have a refund issued for the purchase price only less a 15% restocking charge. Return items must be received by us within 7 business days of RMA issuance for refund to be made.
